Week in Review

92 miles - 11 runs = 70 singles

I would rank this week as par. I really didn't recover from the race very well and the quality of the week was a little effected. I think part of the recovery issue was my lack of fitness background after the 9 months off and that will just take time. The other factor was probably the fact that I had nothing to eat for 3 hours after the race and what I did put down was a Mcdouble, McChicken and a small fry. I also think the hill repeats zaped the legs more than I thought and, because I wasn't exactly sore, I didn't realize it. In any case, I still feel I accomplished the purpose of the workouts and had a good long run. Keep adding up the training weeks and good things will happen.
