Week in Review:
98 miles (10 runs - 79 singles)
This week was a huge jump, both in terms of mileage and intensity. I did two workouts, one of which was a huge increase to 6 miles, and almost hit 100. I know I need to dial it back a notch and this week I am going to be much smarter and more tactical about my approach to getting in shape. I am actually going to take the day off tomorrow as a safety measure, try to get on the track once and bring down the threshold pace. Things are going well and I need to be smart, life is grand!
