Week in Review:
84 miles - 63 singles
This was a very good week. I was able to get in a majority of my runs on soft surfaces, which drastically helped the legs and I had two really good efforts. The only drawback is that I missed another long run, which is more important to my long term fitness whereas the race and 300's are a quick solution. I will have to do some serious schedule adjusting both because of my new found fitness and the lingering soreness from the race. Pretty excited to be back into things!
