AM: 6 mile run (48:00)
Today is my super slow ultra recovery day. Last night Melanie and I went out with some of her Med School friends to a bar that was a $10 cover and free drinks till 9. Since we arrived at 7:45, I made the goal/game to finish a drink every 10mins in order to get our money's worth. at 8:45 Melanie and I were 6 drinks deep and we both ordered three more from the bar for good measure. With that story in mind there is no need to elaborate on how I felt during this run.
