After finishing the run later yesterday I thought I would feel a little tired for this workout. However, I guess I didn't run very hard yesterday because I felt pretty good considering. I took another spin of the Inner Harbor and Patterson Park. There was a nice breeze this morning and the weather was quite comfy. It was an enjoyable morning to be running!
PM: 6 mile run (42:15)
Ran the standard Hopkins trail loop with Melanie. The weather was mercifully cool and I felt pretty good overall. We had a great go at the lights coming back down Charles today and almost made every single one, it was quite the show.
