AM: 8 mile run (58:00)
Woke up god awful early this morning in order to get to DC to coach a client of mine. Took the opportunity to hit up Ms. Rodgers in her neck of the woods on some softer surfaces. The late night workout left my legs feeling pretty thrashed and I was more than content to let Jilane believe she was holding me back. The soft surface really helped the legs and I know I need to get better about getting on them more as I increase the training. Waking up early sucks but getting done early and enjoying good company kicks ass.
