AM: 8 mile run (59:00)
Toured the Inner Harbor again today because I was still really sore and wanted to keep it slow and not feel bad about it. My calves and quads were very tight at the start but as the run went on they loosened up a bit. By the end of the run I didn't feel too bad until I stopped stretching and everything tightened back up.
PM: 6 mile run (41:30)
Melanie punished me on this one. PR for the course by 30 seconds. I was still pretty sore from Saturday's effort and even after I loosened up there wasn't much for the body to give. I figure it will only benefit my fitness at this point!
