Was a little stiff when I started today. Could be the day off or the lifting I did in the evening last night. Went to the trail behind the high school and went back and forth twice to keep on the soft surface. My foot felt good but my legs were pretty tired. Been pretty busy lately trying to get things figured out for the move and get packed.
I took a planned day off after running for a few days in a row and going “pretty hard” yesterday. Honestly, I think the foot might feel better after the days I do run easy but that could just be my wishful thinking taking over.
